About the Project
The HCBS Organization Directory was developed to address this information gap by providing publicly available, state-level data on organizations identified as providing HCBS to older adults with ADRD who were dually enrolled in Medicare and Medicaid. The directories provide information about HCBS organizations, the services they provided to the study population, the geographic areas they served, and characteristics of the beneficiaries they served.
About the Data
The directories were developed using 2019 Medicare and Medicaid claims and provider data. Because Medicaid data vary across states, state-specific approaches were used to identify HCBS.
